Delivery Information

We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. The prices are displayed at checkout and are usually enough to cover the actual shipping cost plus material (boxes, packing material, labels, etc.) and the time it takes to package the items (wages). Faster shipping may be available on many U.S. orders, so please contact us if faster shipping is required. This will help us to determine the most cost effective method for you.

Currently, our storefront is only able to receive orders from and ship to the Continental United States.  If you are from a different region, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

The billing information you supply to us MUST match the address where you receive your credit card statement. You may choose to ship your order to another address. Providing incorrect billing information may automatically void your order. This is to help prevent credit card fraud.


Drop Off Orders will be delivered to the Ice Shack, the week of Nov 7.

Orders usually leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Occasionally, items are backordered. This is usually listed in the item description. Once orders leave our warehouse, they usually arrive within 3-8 business days. If available, shipments to U.S. Territories and APO / Military addresses may take longer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

We do not ship to US Post Office boxes at this time.

Minimum Order Requirement:

We accept orders of any size with no minimum order charge UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED within the product description.

Shipping Damage:

If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. This is to provide a paper trail to follow as most shipping companies require this for damage claims. Requests for damage replacements or credits will NOT be accepted by phone. We will advise you to e-mail us any additional information.  Please see our Terms & Conditions section for our complete Return Policy.

Undeliverable Addresses:

If an order is returned to us from the shipping company due to it being undeliverable, you will be charged to send it out again. If the mistake was made by The Ice Shack personnel, you will not be charged again.

Refused Delivery Orders:

If an order is returned to us because it was refused by the receiver, you will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded.
