Upon making a purchase, The Ice Shack reserves the right to validate each order. Orders with but not limited to suspected fraudulent or unverifiable customer information, incorrect pricing, expired coupon codes, or otherwise misrepresented due to technical or human error may be cancelled at our discretion. In such cases, the customer will be contacted and any funds collected will be promptly refunded. For the safety of our customers, we deploy two fraud detection services, one during and one after an order is placed. All suspected fraud attempts will result in order cancellation, and all validated fraud attempts will be reported automatically through the use of these services.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit or debit cards. Through the Paypal Gateway, other credit card options may also be available. Credit or debit card statements will reflect a charge to The Ice Shack. We do not accept any other type of payment for web purchases at this time (mail in orders, c.o.d., etc.).
Orders for products shipped to addresses in Wisconsin will be charged state sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Wisconsin will not be charged sales tax. All prices list on this website are in U.S. Dollars.
Customized items cannot be returned unless the product is flawed or the customization was applied incorrectly or in error. Under these conditions, you must submit an RMA request describing the issue so that we can review it further and provide you with a determination and course of action. If it is found that the problem rests with The Ice Shack, we will provide you with an RMA number and and instructions for product replacement. NON-CUSTOMIZED items may be returned within 15 days provided that they are returned in the same condition as shipped, including all packaging and labels. Under these conditions, you must submit an RMA request describing the request for return so that we can review it further and provide you with a determination and a course of action. For non-damaged returns, you are responsible for costs associated with sending items back to The Ice Shack. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. All RMA requests MUST be made via our storefront and include your order or confirmation number. Requests for RMA numbers by phone may not be accepted. The Ice Shack will not accept ANY returns if we fail to receive the items back to us within 10 (ten) days of issuing an RMA number. Any return over 15 days from original order date will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Damaged / used products will not be accepted for refund or exchange. The above return policy applies to online sales only. Any exceptions to our policies are at the sole discretion of The Ice Shack personnel and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price as decided by The Ice Shack personnel. Decisions made by The Ice Shack personnel are final.
